Everything was on time, the service writer was very professional and completely explained the results of the multi-point inspection. However, I tried using points from my GM card accrual and the cashier didn't know how to connect to my account. In spite of having funds in my account, I ended up paying with a credit card. I called back later and Victoria corrected the issue.

Overall, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The one concern I have was it was not always clear if I was working with Service Dept or Body Shop. It was never confirmed that they had the part, so I called and they did.....and were working to paint it. My only other concern is when I got there, I went to Service as I was not sure and not told where to go. Noted I was to be at Collision/Body Shop. Given directions on how to get there-they were fine, but is was a bit frustrating experience. And to them be told if I used CC, then there was the attached fee....really? I they cost is high enough you did not need to charge that to the customer.

Service department is not good. They don't listen to customer problem. They could not find a problem, so they did nothing. Wanted me to take home and if happens again call the 1 800 number to get towed in. I told him I'm not Taking it til it's fixed. Salesman went out to start and would not, then they listen and fixed it. Brian in Manitowoc is not a good person for the customers

Over all a really good experience once again. This is my 4th car that I have gotten from this dealership.

I recently received the 2026 Corvette that I ordered from Bergstrom in Manitowoc. Everbody that I dealt with from getting assistance in the ordering process all the way to delivery were exceptional. Especially helpful were Glen and AJ. They walked me through the entire procedure with zero pressure and much knowledge. I would, and already have recommended Bergstrom to friends and family and will also be getting all of my vehicles there because I have heard the service department is equally excellent.

Brian was great. The problem was the vehicle and how this was not diagnosed sooner or at all: how does a customer have to be back 3 times in 8 days and pay over 3200 for 3 separate issues not caught the previous times I was there? Having a working vehicle is crucial for everyone and this was a short nightmare, I am glad Brian was there to help, however, the person who worked on my truck was not having a good day.

I had issues with tire sensor. $176 to replace. I cannot afford at this time. Now all 4 sensors are out. They said they can reset them. Stopped back to dealer and it did not work. Was told it wouldn’t work because one is out. Why did they waste my time having me come back in?

I had an emergency tire concern and was helped immediately. We made an immediate appt, for later in the day, the issue was immediately identified and corrected within an hour. The entire staff from Veronica and Cassie, the mechanic who worked on my car, Branden Pickard who explained the entire process, and the accountant in the office were exceptional in both their expertise and overall customer assistance.

Work was completed, but vehicle was returned dirty inside and out. Torn up floor protector was left in it. Seats all folded down. The "new" vehicle smell has been replaced with a windows down in an oily shop smell. Beyond that communication about the repair time was horrible. The vehicle was there four weeks with zero updates.

Great truck buying experience!

Had appointment for 2:15 got there on time. When I checked in. Was told mechanics called in sick. My truck was not going to be done till 5:00 . It was supposed to take 1 hr was going to wait. How I’m not sitting for 3 hours. Was taken home and had to come back to get my truck . Inconvenience. They could have called and told me this was going to be a problem. Could have rescheduled

I had a oil change and a tire rotation and I know my tires were getting old ( buying new ones next week) and one of the tires had a slow leak and they contacted me about it and said they were too wore out to rotate and found a nail in the tire. Tire was completely flat within 20 hours I called to see what they could do to help. I was told to hire a tow truck at my expense and have the car towed in. How will a tow truck get into my garage. If they lift the car up how will it get out the door. If they pull it straight out it will dent the rim and slice the tire.

Organizing and on point

Service was completed at the scheduled time. Tire rotation was scheduled, however, as a result of the tire inspection, they performed, a number of issue one of the tire's sidewall was detected. Photos of the problem area were taken and shown to me. The issue was clearly a safety issue and if not detected could have resulted in tire failure. Thank you Bergstrom!

My experience with Bergstrom has not been good at all. I have been very frustrated with how the service department has handled our situation. The second appointment would not have even been necessary, had the appointment time been respected on the first visit. Our keys could not be located at our first visit. I have also been given conflicting reasons for our vehicles issue. This is a brand new vehicle and we feel that we are being given the run around so that the warranty does not have to fix it. I will be looking into a different dealership to look at the issue as well as contacting GM directly of needed.

Used the Service Department for an oil change and tire rotation on our 2024 Buick Enclave.

I had to call twice to point out that the AT4 HD emblem on the passenger door was installed crooked. Someone scratched the outside of the passenger mirror while the vehicle was in the body shop, I have pictures proving that scratch was not there prior to us dropping it off. There is also a scratch now in the window tint which must have happened when they swapped the window from the damaged door to the new one. Very poor attention to detail for a professional body shop.

The estimate I was given was significantly less than what I was charged. I also was hoping to get some resolution on a paint issue that I have with my truck; however, there was some miscommunications with that.

Dakota was the salesman that helped me from start to finish and I was never dissatisfied. There was transparency about all the financials that made it much easier to find the perfect vehicle for me even with a budget. I was never pressured to pay more money and was met where I needed to be with payments. I would highly recommend going to Bergstrom when looking for a vehicle you will not be disappointed.
